This Brunswick renovation breathed new life into a charming 1930s California Bungalow, carefully balancing modern functionality with the home’s original character. Working closely with the clients and building designer, the project was thoughtfully planned to create a home better suited to contemporary family living.
A rear extension introduced a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, improving flow and creating a natural hub for everyday life and entertaining. The bathroom and laundry were also completely transformed, delivering practical, modern spaces that complement the home’s refreshed design. Completing the renovation, a new outdoor living area creates a seamless connection between indoors and out, resulting in a warm, welcoming home that honours its heritage while embracing the future.
