This renovation transformed key living spaces throughout the home, including the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and study, creating a more functional and cohesive environment tailored to modern family life. Delivered in close collaboration with the designer, the project balanced practicality with refined design to enhance both everyday living and working from home.
A reconfigured kitchen now flows seamlessly into a welcoming living area centred around a new open fireplace with integrated seating and firewood storage. Steel-framed glass doors were introduced to separate the living spaces from the bedroom wing, creating a quieter and more private retreat while maintaining natural light and a sense of openness. Thoughtful space-saving solutions, including a custom study nook with integrated shelving, maximise functionality throughout the home. Completed with premium stone surfaces, a full internal repaint, and beautifully restored timber floorboards, the renovation delivers a fresh, contemporary feel while retaining warmth and character.
